Verified BuyerVery expensive returns. Poor customer service
I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Please read below for my reasoning We were looking for a specialized wrist brace. It appeared that the brace we were looking for was price controlled by the manufacturer on all websites. We could have bought it from Amazon for the same price as at the Rehab Store. We wanted to support a non-Amazon business. That was an expensive mistake. On their website they advertise easy returns. It may be easy but expensive. If you return a product to them they will charge you shipping both directions (about $17 for this small wrist brace) and a 20% restocking fee (in our case almost $20). That is absurd. I should have read all the fine print. It is only there that you would find mention of these outrageous fees. I would not recommend this to anybody if there's any chance you may have to return it. We returned it because it was a painful fit. Although the size was ordered correctly, because of arthritis in the hand it was very uncomfortable to wear. I should have gone with Amazon. At least I know I can return it there reasonably. It would have also been delivered much sooner.
